Toxins in our body are produced internally and externally, and these toxins have to be removed because can make sick our body. Unsalted nuts and seeds are also good for your detox diet food program such as almonds, cashew, hazel nuts, peanuts, pistachio, pecans, macadamia, walnuts, pumpkins and sun flower

Other Foods

Some other foods also good for detox diet  such as brown rice, rice noodles, rice cakes, rye crackers, potatoes, plain popcorn, natural yogurt, olive oil, honey, and fresh herbs
